🔄 Returns & Transfers Policy

RWE Arms LLC is committed to customer satisfaction while operating in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms regulations. The following policies outline your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, firearm transfers, and related issues.

🔁 Return Policy

Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition sales, returns are limited. Please review the following carefully:

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Non-firearm accessories (e.g., cases, cleaning kits, non-electronic gear) may be eligible for return if:

    • Returned within 15 business days of purchase.

    • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Accompanied by original proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email rwearms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final for the following:

  • Firearms (new or used)

  • Ammunition

  • Special orders or customized products

  • Optics, sights, and electronic devices

  • Any used or installed items

  • NFA/Class III items

Returned items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be refused and/or returned at the customer's expense.

🔄 Transfer Policy

🔫 Firearm Transfers (FFL-to-FFL)

Firearms purchased online will only be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for:

  • Providing the contact information for your preferred FFL at checkout.

  • Verifying the FFL is active and willing to receive your firearm.

  • Contacting the receiving FFL to ensure they’ll process your transfer.

We will not ship firearms to individuals directly unless you are a licensed FFL holder.

🧾 Transfer Fees

Transfer fees may apply and are assessed by the receiving FFL, not RWE Arms LLC. Please contact the FFL directly for rates.

🎖 Transfer Discounts

We are proud to support our community. Ask us about available transfer discounts for Veterans and valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit holders.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Background checks (Form 4473/NICS) are required for all firearm transfers unless an exemption applies (e.g., CCW holders in Arizona).

  • Abandoned transfers: Firearms left unclaimed for more than 30 days may incur storage fees or be returned to inventory. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Ensure all legal eligibility and local laws are followed before initiating a transfer.
