3. Firearm Purchases & Transfers All firearm sales are subject to:

  • A federal background check via Form 4473 and NICS;

  • Transfer to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) if the purchaser is not local;

  • Verification of purchaser identity with valid government-issued ID;

  • Compliance with all applicable ATF, federal, and state requirements.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion;

  • Limit the quantity of items purchased per person or household;

  • Require additional information or verification before accepting an order.

Orders placed on our website do not constitute a binding agreement until reviewed and accepted by RWE Arms LLC.

5. Pricing and Availability

7. Shipping and Transfer

  • Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected FFL accepts the transfer and complies with applicable laws.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to background checks or non-responsive FFL dealers.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RWE Arms LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Firearm Sales Disclaimer

By purchasing a firearm through RWE Arms LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Legal Compliance

  • All firearms are sold in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun.

  • You must not be prohibited from owning a firearm under any federal, state, or local law.

2. FFL Transfers Required

  • Firearms cannot be shipped directly to the purchaser unless they possess a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

  • All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.

  • You are responsible for contacting your preferred FFL and ensuring they will accept the transfer before placing your order.

  • We will not ship a firearm until we have verified the receiving dealer’s FFL information.

3. Background Check Requirement

  • All purchasers must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check (via NICS or state system) before taking possession of a firearm.

  • If you fail the background check, the firearm will be returned at your expense, minus a 20% restocking fee.

4. No Direct Online Firearm Sales

  • Firearms listed on this website are not sold directly online.

  • Customers must complete a “Request this Firearm” form to initiate a purchase inquiry and FFL transfer.

  • Pricing and availability are subject to change and must be confirmed before finalizing any transaction.

5. Used Firearms & Visual Inspection

  • Used firearms are sold as-is and all sales are final.

  • Descriptions and images provided are as accurate as possible, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the firearm in person before transfer.

  • All buyers are encouraged to request additional photos or details as needed.

6. Restricted Items

  • Certain firearms, parts, or magazines may be restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions.

  • It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.

  • RWE Arms LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled due to local or federal restrictions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • RWE Arms LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal issues resulting from improper use, handling, or transfer of any firearm.

  • By initiating a firearm request, you agree to release RWE Arms LLC from all liability related to your purchase, transfer, ownership, or usage of the item.
